As a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Curtis is dedicated to empowering Native American and underrepresented minorities to become the leading talent in their industry. As a tribal lawyer for many years, Mr. Bruehl took on some of the largest industries in the world advocating on behalf of Native American tribes. He was the lead attorney to obtain the successful resolution of the Avandia litigation in both tribal and federal courts on behalf of numerous tribes across the country. Curtis has served as a key matchmaker between industry employers and skilled workers, working to create lasting employment solutions and help build a stronger, more diverse workforce. Curtis received his Bachelor’s Degree, Juris Doctorate, and Master’s Degree in Indian Law from the University of Oklahoma.
Mr. Nelson has served as the President of Action Group Staffing since 2007 and has more than 20 years experience in business administration. Since joining Action Pro Staffing, he has helped develop their unique staffing agency model to specifically serve minority owned/operated industry clients, while advocating for diverse and underrepresented minorities. He is skilled at streamlining agency processes and driving creative employment solutions for Action Pro’s client partners. Shane is adept at developing excellent business relationships – a critical talent in an industry that relies so heavily on trust and dependability. With his many years of experience operating on a global scale leading companies in Europe and Middle East, Mr. Nelson excels at managing finances, staff, and external client relations, with a strong focus on driving business growth into new markets. Shane graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
